Exciting News: Pulse IoT100 Successfully Deployed in Saudi Arabia! 🚀🌐

We are thrilled to announce the successful deployment of our Pulse IoT100 Corrosion Monitoring System for a major oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia. This milestone project, in collaboration with Larsen & Toubro (tag) and Prainsa Saudi Arabia (tag), signifies a pivotal step in reshaping how we monitor and maintain critical infrastructure.

Project Overview: Our Pulse IoT100 system has been installed as part of a scheme to evaluate the performance of Cortec (tag) MCI®2005 Corrosion Inhibiting Admixture in a critical marine structure.

Sensors were mounted on the first layer of rebar prior to concrete casting. The installation was conducted under the supervision of our expert field engineers, ensuring precise placement. Companion specimens were also prepared and equipped with monitoring. These specimens will be exposed to the same environment and will allow future destructive testing for data validation.

Key Benefits: Pulse IoT100 Corrosion Monitoring System was selected for the following advantages:

  • Early assessment of concrete performance – long before the steel reinforcement is at risk
  • Battery-free, 3D printed sensors customizing the dimensions to project requirement
  • Local technical and field support

Collaboration and Gratitude: This success is a testament to the power of collaboration. We extend our gratitude to Larsen & Toubro and Prainsa Saudi Arabia for their invaluable contributions and commitment to driving innovation in the infrastructure sector. The insights gained from this pilot will fuel further advancements in our technology, propelling us toward a smarter and more sustainable future.

A big thank you to Larsen & Toubro, Prainsa Saudi Arabia, and all our collaborators and supporters who have been instrumental in reaching this milestone. Together, we are paving the way for a connected and resilient infrastructure landscape.
